WHEN WILL MY ITEMS SHIP?

All orders are subject to a handling period before shipping, usually within 1-3 business days from the order.

Most orders leave the warehouse immediately after the items have been successfully processed.

You will then receive notification of both processing and shipment. In many instances, we are shipping from our warehouse in the United States. For ALL orders outside the US, the order could take 2-5 weeks to be delivered depending on location.

Orders may be canceled if they have not been processed and shipped. We are unable to cancel orders after they have shipped.

Please make sure to double check and provide us with the correct shipping address, Solar Light Depot can not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address. 

WHEN WILL MY ITEMS ARRIVE?

For specialty and promotional items, please allow up to 4-20 business days delivery tome as they may be shipping from an overseas warehouse.

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?

Our primary warehouse is located in the United States and the vast majority of our products will be shipped from there.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE? 

For logistical reasons, items will sometimes be sent in separate packaging or boxes. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries. If you have any other questions, please contact us.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES?

We currently do not ship outside the US and its territories. 

HOW DO YOU DETERMINE YOUR "COMPARED TO" PRICES?

We calculate each of these prices from out wholesalers or from competitor analysis.

DO YOU SELL WHOLESALE?

Yes, we do sell in wholesale for certain buyers. Please email us at support@solarlightdepot.com if you are interested. 

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Of course we do, we offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all purchases, including defective and damaged goods, simply send us an email at support@solarlightdepot.com and we will either offer an exchange, or full refund.

WHERE ARE MY RETURNS SENT?

Returns can only be processed after the return request is verified with our support team. Please email us at support@solarlightdepot.com 

Returns sent back without approval will not be refunded.
